Notice: GSL is filling 40 posts under GSL Recruitment 2026 (Advt. No. 06/2026). 31 are regular posts in pay grades E‑0 to E‑8 (IDA‑2017) and 9 are fixed‑term posts for 3 years (extendable up to 2 years).

Eligibility

Essential Qualification

• Graduate and qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or qualified Cost Accountant (ICCA).
• Full‑time regular Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Naval Architecture.

Desirable Qualification

• MBA in Finance (AICTE approved).
• Post‑graduate degree or diploma in Project Management.

Essential Work Experience

• Additional General Manager: Minimum 23 years post‑qualification experience in finalising annual accounts, procurement & financial proposals, treasury management, price negotiations, liaison with financial institutions, payroll, Forex management, internal audit coordination, dealing with auditors, taxation, and MIS (EDP & ERP).
• Other posts: Minimum 16 years of relevant experience (details vary by post).

Desirable Experience

• Familiarity with Government rules and regulations applicable to CPSEs.
• Experience in financial institutions, NBFCs, public sector organisations, joint ventures of PSEs, central/state government, autonomous bodies, or private sector.

4. Interview/Assessment – Conducted by GSL as per standard procedure.
