Eligibility

Nationality: Indian
Age: 27–37 years (UR, post‑wise). Relaxations apply for:
- Domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir (01.01.1980‑31.12.1989): +5 years
- Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD): as per directives
- Ex‑Servicemen: +5 years
- Internal OIL candidates: upper age limit 54 years
- Ph.D. holders in relevant discipline: +3 years for Table II & III posts
- Maximum upper age limit after all relaxations: 54 years
Qualifications: Engineering Degree, PG, Ph.D., ICAI/ICMAI, Diploma (post‑wise)
Other: Candidates must meet post‑wise qualifications, experience and age limits.

Computer Based Test (CBT) – 1 hour 30 minutes, 100 marks
- Weightage: 85 % for Grades A & B (Table I & II)
- Weightage: 100 % for Grades A (Table III – Hindi Officer & Confidential Secretary)
- Qualifying marks: 50/100 (Grades A & B)
- PwBD candidates receive 20 min compensatory time per hour
Personal Interview / Proficiency Test / Skill Test – 15 marks (Grades A & B) or 100 marks qualifying (Grades A Table III)

Pay Scale: ₹50,000 – ₹2,20,000 (grade‑wise)
Benefits: HRA or company‑leased accommodation, free medical for self & dependents, gratuity/PF, house‑building loan, vehicle loan, group insurance, and industrial pattern of DA.
