Eligibility

• Only retired Short Service Commission Officers of the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, or Indian Coast Guard.
• Must meet the qualification, experience and age criteria.
• Not more than 50 years old as on the last date of application.
• Gap since retirement from the Armed Forces must not exceed 6 years.
• Never beyond age 55 during the contract term.

• Send a single combined PDF (max 5 MB). No other mode is accepted.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting
2. Application verification
3. Interview
4. Final selection based on merit ranking of the interview.

Contract Details

• Initial term: 1 year.
• Extendable by 1 year at a time up to a cumulative maximum of 5 years.
• Fixed monthly amount calculated by deducting basic pension from the pay drawn at retirement, as per DoPT OM dated 09.12.2020; remains unchanged for the contract term with no annual increment.
