Note: The number of posts is variable and will be decided as per project requirements.
Eligibility
- Maximum age: 67 years (as on 01 October 2026)
- Qualification: Post‑graduate degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience: Varies by post (see below)
- Other requirements:
- Applications must be in the prescribed WAPCOS format
- Self‑attested photocopies of DOB, qualification, experience, and category proof
- No‑objection/relieving certificate for current government/PSU/Autonomous body employees
Post‑wise Qualification & Experience

| Transmission Line Engineer | B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering | Minimum 10 years in planning, designing, managing, QA, and supervising 220 kV+ transmission lines; at least 3 years as PMC/consultant |
| Civil Engineer (Transmission & Substations) | Bachelor or higher in Civil Engineering | Minimum 10 years in design, quality monitoring, and supervision of 132 kV–220 kV civil foundation works; experience in tower erection, stringing, and river crossing foundations preferred |

Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on the prescribed WAPCOS format and eligibility criteria.
- Interview/Technical Evaluation as per the post requirements.
- Final Selection by WAPCOS Limited.
Job Location
- Place of posting will be finalized at the time of engagement.
- Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India or abroad.
