Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Sc. (Nursing) or Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with integrated Curriculum of Certificate Program in Community Health (CPCH) from a recognized nursing college. The integrated curriculum must have been passed in or after the academic year 2016‑2020.
• Age Limit (as on 22 November 2026):
  • General: 35 years
  • OBC: 37 years
  • Female Unreserved: 38 years
  • ST/SC: 40 years
• Age Relaxation:
  • General/EWS: 35 years
  • OBC (BC‑I & BC‑II): 37 years
  • Female Unreserved: 38 years
  • ST/SC: 40 years
  • PH General: 45 years
  • PH EWS: 45 years
  • PH OBC: 47 years
  • PH Female Unreserved: 48 years
  • PH ST/SC: 50 years
• Other Conditions:
  • Initial contract for one year, renewable based on satisfactory performance and requirement.
  • No claim for absorption in a regular position.
  • Contractual service under National Health Mission, Jharkhand.
  • Can be terminated by either party with one month advance notice.

Pay and Incentives

• Basic Pay: ₹25,000 per month
• Performance‑Based Incentive: Up to ₹15,000 per month
• Total Maximum Pay: ₹40,000 per month
