• 78 Graduate Apprentices
• 56 Diploma Apprentices

Eligibility

• Qualification:
  • Engineering degree or diploma in Engineering/Technology from a recognised university or institution empowered by an Act of Parliament.
  • Diploma in Engineering/Technology from a State Council/Board of Technical Education or a university.
• Year of Passing: November 2023, 2024, 2025, or 2026.
• Age: As per the Apprenticeship Rules.
• Work Experience: No prior apprenticeship training under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973, no ongoing apprenticeship, and less than one year of work experience.
• Physical Standards: As prescribed in Clause 4 of the Apprenticeship Rules 1992 and its amendments.
• Bank Account: Valid Aadhaar‑seeded bank account required.
• Reservation: SC/ST/OBC/PWD/EWS as per the Apprentices Act. Certificates must be in the government‑standard format.

Application

• Portal: NATS (nats.education.gov.in)
• Last Date to Enrol: 7 November 2026
• Last Date to Apply: 10 November 2026
• Process:
  1. Register on NATS and obtain a 12‑digit enrolment number (takes 2–3 days).
  2. Search for “BHARAT DYNAMICS LIMITED” under advertised vacancies and apply.
  3. Shortlisted candidates will be called for certificate verification.
  4. Selected candidates receive a Preliminary Offer Letter at the time of verification.

Training

• Duration: 1 year under the Apprentices (Amendment) Act 1973.
• Stipend: Rs. 12,300/month for graduates; Rs. 10,900/month for diploma holders.
• Other Benefits: No TA/DA, no boarding or lodging.
• Post‑Training: BDL is not obliged to offer employment after training completion.
