Eligibility & Selection

• Eligibility: As per prevailing AICTE/UGC/HBTU Recruitment Rules. Candidates with a Ph.D. from foreign universities must have an equivalence certificate from AIU, New Delhi.
• Reservation: As per UP Government norms (vertical & horizontal).
• Selection process:

Application Procedure

1. Visit the HBTU Kanpur website: www.hbtu.ac.in and click on the Faculty Recruitment link.
2. Complete registration for teaching or non‑teaching posts.
3. Fill the online application form.
4. Upload a scanned passport‑size photo and signature (20‑100 KB).
5. Upload proofs of qualifications, publications, experience, projects, research guidance, etc.
6. Preview the form and submit the online application fee.
7. Submit the final application and print a copy for records.
8. Ensure submission on or before 8 December 2026.
