Eligibility

• Age: Up to 30 years on the date of the walk‑in (age relaxation may be granted for deserving candidates).
• Qualifications:
  • General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) – freshers allowed.
  • Diploma in Oncology Nursing (OR)
  • Basic or Post‑Basic B.Sc. (Nursing)
• Registration: Must be registered with the Indian Nursing Council or the State Nursing Council.
• Vaccination: Hepatitis B vaccination must be completed.

Selection Process

1. Walk‑in interview – all eligible candidates must attend.
2. If a large number of candidates appear, an MCQ test will be conducted first.
3. Candidates who clear the MCQ will be shortlisted for a skill test or interview.

Appointment Details

• Contract basis through M/s. SBC Exports Ltd.
• Initial contract: 6 months, extendable.
• Place of deployment: Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Muzaffarpur.
• Accommodation: Not provided for out‑station candidates.

Remuneration

• GNM freshers: Rs. 31,000 /‑ per month.
• GNM holders with Diploma in Oncology: Rs. 33,000 /‑ per month.
• Post‑Basic or B.Sc. (Nursing) holders: Rs. 33,000 /‑ per month.
